"My story began like this. You ever heard of Tun-uk-chu, the ancient wise one of the dragon king?"
Spike: Bloody hell, thought that was a myth!
She shook her head.
"Not likely, it isn't."
"Just like the books, they called him the dragon slayer. Unlike the books, he wasn't magical by any means. He was a regular joe that went dark for a few years."
"Let's just say he got caught up with some bad shit."
"By then it was a little too late to break the hold on him."
Spike: He wanted to be evil so they made him slay dragons?
"That part of the story is right on target. That's how he became the dragon slayer."
