It came the day, finally, where Willow would be discharged. Xander went to get the car, leaving her with Buffy to wait. They sat there in an awkward silence until Buffy spoke.
“Will?” Not looking up, Willow uttered a quiet,
“Yeah?” Feeling her best friend take her hand, she looked up slightly in confusion.
“I.. understand why you did it.” Willow smiled sadly, looking down for a second.
“Promise not to hate me if I tell you something..?”
“Never.” Willow gulped back tears, unable to look back up,
“I.. I was going to sneak off today. Without telling anyone.. I.. I miss her, Buff-” Buffy sighed, squeezing her hand gently before letting it go,
“I know… Go. I.. I won’t stop you. Just.. give me a call every once and a while to tell me how you are..? I.. It was horrible, thinking you were dead. I’m still shocked you aren't, honestly. But.. I wouldn’t keep you from who you love. From what i’ve seen, Tara will do whatever she must to protect you and.. If I could’ve left to be with Angel.. I would have.” Willow almost broke into tears, getting up slowly.
“I’m.. Thank you, Buffy. I’m glad I got to tell you before leaving.. I’m sorry that I planned not to..” Buffy nodded sadly,
“You’d better hurry up.. Xander will be expecting us soon, and it might take him some time to forgive. But i’m sure he will.. Dont worry about it.” Wiping a tear from her cheek, Willow started for the doors, deciding to go out the side door instead of the front. She knew there was a road a little while into the woods, so with a deep breath, she ran into the trees. As predicted, after a little while of running, she reached the road. Panting as she stopped at the edge, she bit her lip and looked around. {I didn’t really think of what to do once I got here, did I?} As if on cue, A car came speeding down the road. Squealing in alarm, Willow ducked towards the trees. Kicking up dust, the car came to a loud stop.
“Willow?!” {No way - Is that-}
“Tara! Goddess, how did-- why--” A smirk grew on the blonde vampires face,
“I think you know the answer. Now hurry up and get in before we get caught, okay?” Willow mirrored the smirk, yanking the car door open and jumping in.

((I’m not sure if this is the end. I think it might be for now, because I had started another story, because I can never finish one thing before starting another, apparently. Besides, i've been having a block in my thought process for this story. I might continue later on. Anyway, I think this is a happy ending? It depends on how you see it, I suppose. It leaves area for adding on if I want to later. Sorry if this isnt really closure for this story. Yeah, I probably will continue later on. I'm very indecisive. And sorry about the slip up with the car! I think what happened there was that it was totalled in the crash? Not sure, I have the memory of a blueberry scone. ))
