"Ravyn!" Spike yelled as he shot straight up in the bed, gasping for air.
Ravyn jumped, startled from her sleep and turned quickly, looking at Spike wide-eyed before he finally turned to her and reached out, pulling her to him.
"Spike.." Ravyn said as he clung to her tightly, pulling her until she was almost in his lap. "Spike.what's wrong?" she asked, scared from the panicked look on his face.
Spike buried his face in Ravyn's shoulder, clinging to her to assure him that she was still there.
Ravyn could feel his fear running through her. She looked around the room, noticing that they were still alone and assumed he must have just had a bad dream. She wrapped her arms around his neck, holding him to her as she ran her hand over the back of his head.
"Bad dream?" she asked him softly, knowing the answer by his arms tightening around her.
"You wanna tell me about it?"
Spike took a deep breath, trying to calm himself before raising his head and looking at her before grabbing her by the arms. "Ravyn.promise me you won't to him, not even for me." He said firmly, knowing she would if she thought it were the right thing to do.
Ravyn just looked at him. If he only knew she had been thinking that very thing he'd probably kill her before Trull even had the chance to.
"Promise me!" Spike said loudly, holding her arms tightly.
"You're hurting me." Ravyn said as he dug his fingers into her arms.
"I need to know you're not going to do anything stupid!" he said, jerking her slightly.
"I won't." Ravyn said softly as she looked at him, tears stinging her eyes as his fingers dug deeper into her arms.
Spike just looked at her. He knew how she thought and knew she `always' did the wrong thing for all the right reasons.
"Spike let go..you're hurting me." She said again, her tears finally falling as she tried to pull away from his painful grip.
Spike looked at her, seeing her tears before he realized what he was doing. "Oh god Ravyn." He said, releasing her arms before hugging her tightly to him. "I'm so sorry."
Ravyn tried to dry her tears as Spike held onto her. She could feel his anxiety fading away as he slowly rocked her back and forth.
Spike bent his head, kissing Ravyn's neck as he held her closely to him. He sighed heavily before raising back up to look at her. "I'm sorry Ravyn, I didn't mean to hurt you." He said, raising his hand and brushing her tears away, smiling a little at her.
Ravyn looked up and smiled back at him. "I know you didn't." she said softly.
Spike sighed lightly as he looked at her. "Please promise me you won't go to him." He said again, calmly this time.
"I promise." Ravyn said, leaning up and kissing him softly. "I've already told you how you were going to have to get rid of me."
Spike smiled big at her, hoping she was telling him the truth and wouldn't leave just to protect him again. "I love you."
"I love you too."
Spike lay back down, pulling Ravyn down with him as he did. He wrapped his arms around her tightly, knowing he was going to have to keep his eye on her. She may have promised him, didn't mean she still wouldn't do it. He knew her well.

"Here you go Miss Dawn." Phillip said, sitting a fresh cup of coffee on her desk.
Dawn looked up at him smiling. "Thank you Phillip." She said sliding the mug closer to her. "You know, you really don't have to wait on us..don't you?"
"Yes..I know." He said, smiling back at her. "I just like to earn my keep around here is all, help out wherever I can."
"You could always help out the guys." Dawn told him, smiling bigger as she pictured him slaying demons.
"Never was much of a fighter." Phillip told her, his smile matching her own.
"Well, they're discussing Trull right now, you know something about that."
"Yes, I suppose I do."
"Well, go in there and see if you can tell them anything they can use."
Phillip turned his head, looking towards Angel's office before giving Dawn another smile. "You don't think they would mind me interrupting?"
"No." Dawn told him. "You can be just as much help as anyone else around here."
Phillip straightened his shoulders and gave Dawn a small nod of his head before turning and walking slowly to Angel's office. He stopped in front of the door, turning and glancing back over at Dawn before turning back to the door. Raising his hand, he knocked softly, letting out a small breath when he was told to enter.
"What is it Phillip?" Angel asked him once he entered.
Phillip smiled nervously as he approached Angel's desk. "Yes, well.I was just wondering if there was something I could help you with.in your planning."
"Thank you Phillip, but I think we have it covered." Rob said, before looking back down at the layouts in front of him.
Phillip gave Rob a small smile. "Very well then." He said, giving the men a nod of his head and turning to leave.
"Phillip." Angel said as he reached the door.
"Yes." Phillip said, turning again to face him.
"Do you know how many entrances there are into Trull's?"
"Yes Mr. Angel.I do." Phillip said, a big smile on his face.
Angle smiled back at him before standing. "Well, come over here and show us." He said walking over to the layouts Rob and the others were studying.

"Is everything prepared?" Trull asked as he walked into the room where his minions were gathered.
"Yes Master Trull. The attack will be most successful."
"Good." Trull said, a satisfied smile on his face. "Is Ravyn's room prepared?"
"Yes Master."
Trull smiled as he sat down, looking at his minions. He was just as excited about the attack as he was about getting Ravyn back. The look on her face alone would be worth all the gold in the world.

"Hey Spike" Dawn said as he made his way down the stairs. "Ravyn coming down today?"
"I'm not sure." Spike told her, making his way to the kitchen.
"Is she doing any better?"
"No." Spike said sadly, thinking of Ravyn's sullen mood the past week. She hardly spoke to anyone or came out of their room.
"You think she would mind if I went up?"
Spike turned and smiled at Dawn. He knew she was just as worried about Ravyn as the rest of them were. "I think she'd like that Dawn."
Dawn gave Spike a big smile before turning and heading up the stairs. She knocked quietly on the door and smiled as Ravyn opened it. "Hey..can I come in?"
"Sure" Ravyn said with a little smile as she stepped to the side, letting Dawn enter. "What's up?"
Dawn walked across the room and sat in the arm chair as Ravyn walked to the bed and sat down. "Nothing much..just wondering how you were."
Ravyn shrugged her shoulder slightly as she looked at her. "Okay I guess."
Dawn could see the worry written all over Ravyn's face. She wished she knew what to do to help her. "Everything's going to be fine.you know that right?"
Ravyn glanced down at the floor briefly before looking back at Dawn. "I wish I could believe that." She said, knowing in her heart it wasn't.
"They know what their doing Ravyn." Dawn told her. "Their not going in there with blinders on.they know what they're up against."
Ravyn stared at Dawn before looking back down. She let out a long breath of air before looking back up. "I'm leaving." She said softly as she looked up at her.
Dawn looked at her surprised. "Spike didn't say anything about leaving. When did all this happen?" Do the others know?"
Ravyn looked back down before standing and walking across the room. "Dawn, you're the only friend I've had since I was turned." Ravyn said, staring out the window. "I need you to do something for me."
Dawn stood up and walked over to her. She didn't like Ravyn's tone of voice. "What's going on Ravyn?" she asked quietly.
Ravyn finally turned and faced her. "I can't let him get hurt Dawn. I'd rather die than watch something happen to him." She told her softly, tears welling up in her eyes.
Dawn stared at her before she realized what she was trying to tell her. "You're going back.aren't you?" she asked quietly.
Ravyn wiped her eyes before her tears spilled and turned back to the window. "You can't tell him."
"Ravyn.I can't.."
"You will!" Ravyn said loudly, turning once again to face her. "I've never asked anything of you Dawn. I need you to do this for me. If you care about him, then you'll help me.. Please." She said, the last word coming almost so soft Dawn barely even heard her.
"Ravyn.."
"Please Dawn." Ravyn begged. "Please do this for me." She said, her tears finally falling. "It's the only way to keep him safe."
Dawn's heart was breaking for her friend. As much as she wanted to help her, she knew she was making a huge mistake. "Sure Ravyn..I'll help you." She lied. "When are you leaving."
Ravyn smiled, wiping her tears away. "Tomorrow."
Dawn shook her head at Ravyn and gave her a sad smile. "What do you need me to do?"

Spike was sitting in Angel's office, half listening to the others as they planned their attack on Trull. His mind was still on his dream. It was so real, he briefly wondered if it weren't a premonition.
He had watched Ravyn's every move for the past two days since the dream. She was extremely quiet. She had been quiet with the others all week, but always spoke to him as if nothing was wrong, but now..she barely even spoke to him. He knew she was planning something..he could feel it.
"Did you get that Spike?" Angel asked him, bringing him out of his thoughts.
"What's that?" Spike asked, looking up.
"I said.the service entrance is our best way in." Angel said, leaning his head to the side a little when he realized Spike still wasn't completely listening to him.
Angel sighed lightly before turning to the others. "Let's take a break.clear our heads for a while." He told the others before they all turned and left his office. "What's wrong." He asked, sitting down across from Spike.
"She's leaving." Spike answered him.
"What do you mean she's leaving? Where's she going?"
"Back to him."
To say Angel was shocked was an understatement. "How do you know?"
Spike just looked at Angel, taking a deep breath before answering him. "Cause I know how she thinks. She'll go back to him just to keep me from going after `em."
"Has she said anything?"
"No.that's how I know. She hasn't said four words to me in two days. I can almost see the wheels turning in that crazy head of hers."
"Well, what do you want to do?"
"Leave tomorrow. No need to wait till the end of the week."
Angel stared at him for a few minutes before finally shaking his head. "Alright. I'll tell the others. We do it tomorrow then."

The guys spent the rest of the evening and the early hours of the morning finalizing their plans. They were making their move right after sunset. Phillip had been a big help. He knew more about the layout of the mansion Trull was hiding out in than anyone. With his help, they were able to make a plan that was almost impossible to fail.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Spike entered his and Ravyn's room, shutting the door behind him. It was dark; no light was present except for what was peeking in from under the bathroom door.
He walked over to the chair, pulling his shirt up over his head and throwing it on the floor before sitting down and removing his boots. He looked around the room for a minute before standing up and walking to the closet. Everything was exactly as it should be. If Ravyn `was' leaving like he thought, she was planning on going with nothing but the clothes on her back.
He didn't know how he was going to tell her they were going to Trull's the next evening. He knew she was going to freak out..and to be honest, he knew she had good reason to.
He had no illusions of a `simple' in and out deal. He wondered briefly if her `running' idea was such a bad thing after all. If he failed to take Trull down, he'd lose her all over again.
Spike turned from the closet when the bathroom door opened. He watched Ravyn as she walked into the bedroom, wrapped in a towel from her shower. He leaned his head to the side a little as he watched her from the shadows of the room as she dug around in the dresser.
He took a few silent steps closer to her before stopping when she closed the dresser drawer. He just stood there watching her, knowing it `could be' the last time he would have the chance. He smiled as she let her hair down, pulling it around in front of her and started brushing it, remembering how many times she had said she was going to cut it all off, but never did.
Spike finally walked in behind her, taking the brush from her as she turned her head to look at him. He pulled her hair back around her shoulder and ran his hand down the back of her head, feeling the silky texture of her hair. He could smell the wildflowers again, the smell always reminding him of the first time he had seen her..the first time he had kissed her...the first time he had loved her.
Ravyn stood there, looking at him as he stared at her. He had a look in his eyes she had never seen. It was almost if he were having a thousand thoughts colliding together at once, making his eyes reflect every emotion he had all at the same time.
"Turn around." Spike said softly, smiling at her slightly before she turned her head.
Ravyn turned her head, closing her eyes as she felt the brush sweep down her hair. She briefly wondered if he knew she was leaving. He had never brushed her hair before and the way he had been looking at her had her wondering if Dawn hadn't said something to him. She opened her eyes back up when he pulled her towel off, letting it fall to the floor around her feet and laid the brush on the dresser.
Spike took a step back and just stared at her. He looked at the curve of her hips and the way her hair fell in long waves, resting just below her waist. He ran his hands slowly down both of her arms, smiling when he felt her shudder. How he was able to make her do that with just a touch, he didn't think he'd ever figure out.
Ravyn turned her head back around and looked at him. She could feel everything he felt for her, stronger than she had ever felt it before. Her eyes met his and for a brief moment she thought she saw herself reflecting back at her through them.
Spike took a step closer to her, never breaking his gaze from of her eyes. He raised his hand, pushing her hair away from her face before leaning down, placing a soft kiss on her lips before pulling back from her.
"What's wrong?" Ravyn asked him quietly as he just stood there looking at her.
"Nothing." Spike answered her just as quietly as he stood there and continued to look at her.
Spike wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her back against him before reaching up with his other hand and moving her hair away. He leaned down and kissed her shoulder before making his way up to her neck.
Ravyn closed her eyes, leaning her head to the side as Spike kissed the mark he had given her. Her whole body was tingling as his other arm wrapped around her.
"I love you." Spike whispered as he placed small kisses on her neck. He could feel her slight trembles as he moved his hands over her stomach before bringing them up to rest on her breast.
Ravyn's breathing increased as he sucked at the flesh on her neck. She leaned her head back, resting it on his shoulder and arched her back as he massaged her breast in his hands.
Spike pinched lightly at her nipples, getting a small moan out of her as he did before he trailed one hand back down over her stomach. He heard her gasp lightly as he reached the junction between her legs and rubbed lightly at her before he ran his hand over her thigh, spreading her legs slightly.
He ran his fingers down the length of her, spreading her before he closed his eyes, amazed at how wet she always was for him. He continued to lick at her neck and massage her breast, alternating between the two as he gently rubbed at her swollen nub.
Ravyn rocked her hips as his fingers continued to probe at her. She gasped lightly as he ran his finger down the length of her and inserted a finger into her.
Spike let out a weak growl, feeling it rumble in his chest more than hearing it as he slipped his finger into her wet core. He slid his finger out, adding a second digit with the first before slowly pumping his fingers in her.
Ravyn was bhinghing heavily as he continued his ministrations on her. She raised her arm, wrapping it around the back of his head, holding him to her neck, moaning loudly as he circled her clit with his thumb. Her legs were getting weak as he curled his fingers inside of her every time he pulled his hand down causing small tingles to shoot straight from her core to every nerve ending in her body.
Ravyn lifted her head when Spike kissed a line up her jaw and turned her head towards him, crushing her lips to his. She sucked greedily at his lips before extending her tongue, darting inside his mouth as his hands worked faster at their assault on her body.
Spike moaned when she sucked his tongue into her mouth. He pressed his now aching erection into her backside as she held his head to her. He pumped his fingers faster her her when she started rocking her hips against his hand.
Ravyn reached around behind her with her free hand, unfastening Spike's belt and unzipping his pants before freeing him. She could feel his chest rumble against her back as she tried to stroke him through the awkward position they were in.
Ravyn pulled away from Spike's mouth with a gasp as she felt herself nearing climax. "Oh god Spike." She said breathlessly as her legs started to tremble.
Spike wrapped his arm around her waist, holding her up as he felt her tremble and her body slumped against him. He pumped his fingers in her faster as she bunched his hair up in her hand before he felt her tighten around his fingers.
Ravyn threw her head back against Spike's shoulder, letting out a small squeal as she climaxed, her whole body convulsing as Spike bit at her neck with his blunt teeth, continuning to pump his fingers into her, prolonging her pleasure as she cried out. Spike finally removed his hand from her, turning her when she stopped shaking and braced her against the wall.
Ravyn gasped lightly when she felt him enter her and she wrapped her legs around him, wondering how he had even gotten her turned around without her realizing it. She wrapped her arms around his neck, as he slowly moved inside of her.
Spike kissed her neck as he pumped into her. He clenched his eyes shut, trying to control his breathing, knowing he wouldn't last long as her inner walls were still clinching from her first orgasm.
Ravyn leaned her head forward, licking at Spike's neck. Her whole body felt hot. There wasn't a single thing on her that wasn't ablaze with the fire he always caused. She ran her hand through his hair, holding him to her as she moved her hips with his. He was growling softly as she sucked on the mark she had given him and she threw her head back as his speed increased. She could feel his rigid member reach the very depths of her as he pumped into her.
"Ravyn." Spike said softly against her throat as he felt himself nearing release.
Ravyn saw stars as he started thrusting his hips into her, slamming her into the wall as he climaxed, sending jolts through her until she once again fell over the edge, screaming as she clutched him to her.
Ravyn was barely even aware of her surrounding until she felt herself falling. She opened her eyes when Spike laid her down on the bed and she smiled as she looked up at him. "How do you always do that?"
"Do what?" Spike said softly as he lay down beside of her and looked at her.
"Make me feel alive."
Spike smiled as he looked down at her. "I wasn't aware I made you feel that way."
"You do." Ravyn said softly, reaching up and running her hand over his cheek. "You make me feel more alive than I've ever felt in my life." She told him, knowing this was her last chance to tell him everything she ever wanted him to know. ~"Every time you touch me, even if it's just holding my hand..I can feel my heart beating."
Spike just stared at her. There weren't any words to describe what he was feeling as he took in what she had just said.
"I love you Spike.there isn't anything I wouldn't do for you." She said quietly, "I would die for you."
Spike leaned down, kissing her softly as his eyes stung with tears. He wasn't sure how she could always make him feel like he was the only person on the planet that made any difference to her, that if he wasn't there, there would be no reason for her to be either.
"I love you so much Ravyn." He said, his voice thick with emotion as he pulled away from her slightly.
Ravyn wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him to her as a few tears slid down his cheeks. Spike buried his head in her shoulder, unable to hold back his emotions as Ravyn whispered all the things she loved about him in his ear. He wrapped his arms around her tightly, wondering what he ever did to deserve her. Her physical beauty was nothing compared to her heart...and that was the one thing he knew now beat only for him.

"You think everything will go okay?" Dawn asked Dylan as they lay in bed.
"Yeah, everything will be fine." He told her, hoping he wasn't lying. He knew how dangerous it was to go after Trull but also knew they had no choice.
"What about Ravyn? What are we going to do about her?"
"Spike said he would keep an eye on her until it was time to go, then he'd chain her up if he had to."
Dawn looked at him wide-eyed. "He'd do what?"
Dylan chuckled lightly as he looked at her. "I don't think he'd actually chain her up, but I wouldn't put it past him either."
"She said she was leaving just before sunset."
"She won't be. Spike's going to see to that."
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Ravyn lay in bed, staring at the window, watching as the light from outside grew dim. Spike was spooned against her back, holding her to him tightly. She closed her eyes and smiled as she thought about their day. They had gone for hours, even days, having sex before, but nothing compared to what they had just shared with each other.
Spike was rubbing his thumb over Ravyn's arm, as her head was propped up on his shoulder. His other arm was around her waist and she was holding his hand close to her face, their fingers entwined tightly.
He had his head next to hers, making sure he was able to see her face. He knew she was waiting. Waiting for her chance to run. How he was suppose to fight Trull with no sleep was beyond him but keeping her there with him was more important at the moment. He would never let her go back, especially not after everything that had happened today. He knew her now, more than he ever had before. He knew a side of her he never knew existed.
"You awake?" Ravyn asked quietly as she opened her eyes back up.
"Yeah." Spike answered her.
Ravyn sighed lightly before turning her head to look at him. "You know.don't you?"
Spike just looked at her before kissing her cheek. "I'll chain you up before I let you leave me."
Ravyn looked at him and wondered for a brief second if that was why they had spent the day the way they had. He had told her things about himself that she knew no one else ever knew. They had shared a part of themselves with the other, a part of them that was held in silence from the rest of the world. She continued to stare at him until she realized `why' he had.
"You're going today.aren't you?" she said, tears instantly forming as she looked at him.
Spike leaned down, kissing her briefly before looking back up at her. "He'll be here in four days Ravyn. We have to go now."
"Spike, I don't want you to go." Ravyn said crying now, fear rushing at her for him.
"Shhh.don't cry." Spike said as he turned her so she was facing him. He wrapped his arms around her, running his hand up and down her back as she buried her face in his chest. "If anything happens to me, Angel will take care of you." He added, her crying becoming harder as he did.
"Please don't go." Ravyn sobbed, knowing Trull would kill him without even giving the others a second glance.
"Get some rest." Spike said, kissing her on the top of the head. "Everything will be fine."
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
"Where'd we put those extra cross bow bolts?" Jesse asked Blake as they were preparing for the attack on Trull.
"I think they're in the storage room." Blake answered him.
"Do we have everything?" Angel asked as he also joined the others.
"Everything but Spike." Jesse said as he looked up at him.
Angel looked up the stairs, smiling sadly as he thought about Spike and Ravyn. He couldn't even image how hard this was for them. They both had something to lose in this and he knew that if either one of them didn't make it, the other would be lost.
"Angel, you and Spike take the south entrance, Dylan and Jesse the north and Blake and I take the west." Rob said, going over their plan one last time. If everything went according to plan, they'd all be out by sunrise.
Spike walked down the stairs, slipping his duster on before making his way over to the others. Angel looked up at him and leaned his head to the side as he looked at him. "Everything okay?" he asked him quietly, noticing the tired stressed look on his face.
"As good as it's going to get until this is over." He answered him, falling in around the table as the guys all loaded the weapons bags and went over every detail of the plan.
"Ravyn still here?" Angel asked quietly, to low for anyone other than Spike and Dylan to hear.
"Yeah, but not by choice though."
"You didn't have to.." Dylan started saying, but footsteps on the stairs stopped him.
Everyone turned and looked at Ravyn as she walked down into the lobby. She never looked at any of them as she walked past them towards the kitchen. Spike sighed heavily as he watched her walk away. "She's right pissed at me right now."
"She'll be fine once everything is over and done." Rob said, trying to make the situation more comfortable for everyone, without much luck.
"Easy for you to say."
~*~*~*~
Ravyn walked into the kitchen, falling heavily into a chair at the table as Dawn looked at her.
"I didn't tell him, he figured it out all on his own. Dylan told me about it last night."
Ravyn looked at Dawn before giving her a small smile. "I know you didn't."
Dawn felt relief wash over her. She had been worried Ravyn would blame her for Spike finding out. She reached out, taking Ravyn's hand in hers and giving her a smile. "They'll be okay.I know they will."
"I hope you're right." Ravyn said, feeling her anxiety about the whole situation slowly eat away at her.
"I am." Dawn said, smiling bigger. "Three bad ass vampires and three somewhat useful humans.."
Dawn and Ravyn both screamed as a loud explosion was heard, shaking the entire building. They both fell to the floor, crawling under the table as dishes fell from the cabinets and the sound of busting glass pierced the silence of the once quiet Hotel.
Dawn looked frantically around as Ravyn backed up against the wall, hugging her knees to her chest.
"He's here!" Ravyn said, as she heard the loud numerous growls coming from the other room.
Dawn slid closer to her, wrapping her arm around her shoulder as she heard the yelling from the other room start. She could hear the guys yelling for the weapons and she closed her eyes, fear taking a hold of her as it had Ravyn.
~*~*~*
The scene in the lobby was the most joyous thing Trull believed he had ever seen. The surprise on the faces of the occupants of the Hotel was worth his personal visit. He stood against the wall, watching with delight as his men fought with the gang.
He paid close attention to Spike. He had given strict instructions to not kill him. He wanted him beat and bloody..yes, but that was all. He smiled as he looked around. He wondered where Ravyn was and why she hadn't come out yet. Surly she wouldn't let her hero's die while she hid in fear.
Ravyn looked up quickly as she felt a stab of pain run through her. "Spike." She said quietly before she scrambled out from under the table.
"Ravyn.don't!" Dawn yelled as Ravyn stood and ran for the kitchen door. Dawn crawled out from under the table, watching as Ravyn ran out the door. "Damnit!" she said, standing and running after her.
Ravyn ran through the lounge, her vision clouded as silent tears rolled down her face. She froze when she entered the lobby and saw the scene before her.
Trull smiled when he saw Ravyn and the look on her face. That's what he had been waiting for. That was why he had come.
Ravyn looked around frantically, searching for Spike. There were so many bodies getting thrown around and the noise level was unbelievable. She looked around the room, her eyes stopping on the face she never wanted to see again...Trull.
Trull smiled at Ravyn as she looked at him. He threw up his hand, giving her a little wave before he chuckled at her.
Ravyn was frozen. She tried three times to get her legs to move and run, but she couldn't. She just stared at Trull as he looked at her, smiling like it was a party instead of a massacre.
Spike turned, seeing Ravyn before he was hit yet again. He never thought Trull would have so many men. They were killing as many vampires as they could but the number of them seemed to grow by the second. He landed a hard kick to the vamp he was fighting before driving his stake into his chest, watching as he fell to dust. He turned quickly, looking for Ravyn again.
"ENOUGH!" Trull yelled, the whole room stopping as he did.
Spike turned, his whole body going numb as he saw Ravyn standing beside of Trull with her head down. He knew exactly what she had done.
Trull reached out, wrapping his arm around Ravyn's shoulder pulling her to him. "Seems like my little bird here feels the need to see your lives spared." He said, smiling big as he gave a nod of his head.
The gang only had seconds before they were all grabbed, held by Trull's men, unable to do much more than struggle uselessly.
"Ravyn!" Spike yelled, growling loudly as he tried to free himself from the men holding him. "Ravyn.don't do this!"
Ravyn had to fight herself not to look up at him. She knew if she did, it would all be over with. She did the only thing she could think of. Trull wanted her and he would have killed everyone there to get her. "I'm sorry Spike." She whispered softly.
Trull chuckled lightly as he heard her, leaning down and kissing her head. "Don't you worry there tiger...he'll forgive you."
"LET HER GO!" Spike growled loudly, his human features slipping away as his anger ate away at him.
Trull laughed as he looked over at Spike. "Well, you're quiet the fighter, aren't you?"
"I'll kill you!" Spike yelled, never taking his eyes off of Trull.
"Oh, I don't think so." Trull said, pulling Ravyn up close to him and wrapping his other arm around her. "Your vampire has spunk tiger.is that why you like him so much?" he asked Ravyn, running his hand over her hair.
"Ravyn!......Don't do this!"
"Can we just go now?" Ravyn asked quietly, ready for her nightmare to begin and the gang to be safe finally.
Trull laughed as he hugged her tightly. "Sure thing precious." He said as he turned and pulled Ravyn towards the door.
"Ravyn!"
"Let them go." Ravyn said, looking up at Trull as they approached at the front door.
"I will..as soon as we're gone. Can't have them fighting back before we've had a chance to get away..now can we?" he said, a big smile on his face.
Ravyn just looked at him as he turned back around to the lobby.
"Bring Phillip." Trull said as he held onto Ravyn tightly. "She'll need his help if she decides to go all coma patient on us again and release the others once we've gone."
"Ravyn!"
Ravyn felt relief wash over her as he spoke. She still hadn't turned to look at Spike and she could still hear him growling and yelling her name. She closed her eyes, knowing things were going to get worse. There was no way Spike would just let him take her. He `would' come after her..that scared her more than willingly going with Trull.
Trull guided Ravyn to the door and stopped just as they reached it. "You know what?' he said, looking down at Ravyn. "I almost forgot."
Ravyn looked up at him, noticing the cocky smile was gone from his face now and his eyes had turned a dark blazing orange.
"Do you remember what I said would happen if you ever escaped me again?"
Ravyn's eyes went wide as a wicked smile crossed his face and he grabbed her by both arms, facing her towards the lobby.
"This is all your fault." He whispered next to her ear before be straightened up. "KILL HIM!"
"NOOOOO!!" Ravyn screamed as the vampire standing in front of Spike drew back, and shoved a large knife into Spike's stomach, her screams combining with his as she watched the knife slice through the back of his duster. She bucked wildly in Trull's grasp, screaming as Spike was stabbed repeatedly, his pain coursing through her body with each blow until she fell limply to the ground.
Trull laughed as he reached down, picking Ravyn up as she screamed and cried hysterically. "I told you tiger...maybe now you'll listen." He said as he carried her out the door.
The screams from inside the Hotel brought a smile to Trull's face as he placed Ravyn in the car, but nothing made him as happy as hearing her anguished screams...and he had a lifetime to enjoy those.
