AN: This is all Sam�s fault. I posted another fic and this
caused her to ask for kink for our favorite boys; that, in turn caused her to
feed the plot bunnies miracle grow and mega vitamins. Needless to say this
series was born and yes, I said series.

In this universe, homosexuality is as readily accepted as
heterosexuality. There are special
clinics set up for sexual and physical release; think of it as we would
approach therapy today. The people that deal with the patients are all doctors,
nurses, etc. The clients of this
particular clinic are rich, powerful � and some are dangerous individuals.

Gibbs, Grissom, Horatio, Riddick, Warrick, and Mac are the
owners of a high powered company. This
series will revolve around their visits to an exclusive clinic and the
�treatment� they receive.

Nick Stokes, Danny Messer, Don Flack, Tony DiNozzo, Eric Delko,
and Timothy Speedle were all waiting for the two youngest members of their
practice to arrive for the meeting about their newest clients. The Pellax Solvo clinic catered to a wide
variety of patients and did have female doctors on staff. However, for the six
new clients there was no need for the women to be present.

Calleigh was already dealing with a client this morning and
Sara was on vacation for the next week.
Alexx had given them everything that Jim, Tripp, and the Twins had found
out about the men that were looking to become their patients. They had especially researched the last two
men since they had made specific tastes known and since one of them had asked
for Xander by name, the Twins wanted to make sure that their little brother was
safe.

What the girls found out had had them laughing, why no one
was sure, but they had said that Xander was perfectly safe with Patient Silver,
as Valera had named him. Patient Red had
also received a warm laugh and a promise that whoever was sent to him would be
perfectly safe. Patients Green and Blue
were given the okay and Jim had personally vouched for Blue, so none of them
were worried about him. Patients Jade
and Onyx also passed and the four security specialists said that they could be
trusted not to hurt anyone who didn�t ask for it.

Though why they all gave him looks when they talked about
Patient Green, Nick had yet to figure out; it also made him want to reevaluate
their rules on giving their patients code names until after they had gone over
their files. Something told Nick he was
going to be unpleasantly surprised somewhere in the future.

Xander and Greg finally entered the staff conference room
pulling Nick out of his thoughts and making him laugh. Both of them were being escorted by Kyra and
Jack and were teasing the women who had essentially adopted them. Jack and Kyra had been hired on after they
had helped release Xander and Greg from the Cruz brothers clutches the year
before. The two actually went and
retrieved them on days when they were scheduled to be at work.

The Cruz brothers, as diplomats, had been immune to
prosecution in the United States. For that reason the senior members of the
practice, along with the security force had ganged up on the younger members,
including Eric, and forced them to move to better, more secure areas. While Eric had had problems in the past, it
was mainly Greg and Xander that ended up being kidnapped. So besides being moved to a more secure area
they also had bodyguards. The only places the guards were not allowed were the
treatment areas.

Xander and Greg were usually the last to arrive, though if
Kyra and Jack had been assigned to them they usually ended up arriving a bit
earlier than on days that other guards came with them. Nick and the others scheduled the meetings
for a certain time, but used the first thirty minutes to have breakfast. Greg and Xander knew this so they used the
time to stop off at their favorite twenty-four hour pizza shop and have
breakfast. The two were junk food
addicts and allowed themselves one helping of unhealthy food a day. Since Kyra and Jack brought them in it would
be lunch instead of breakfast as the two women hated watching the pair eat what
they considered a breakfast treat.

Nick looked down at the main record he had been going over
and smirked slightly, somehow he had a feeling Xander would be too busy to have
lunch today. While Xander had a wide
variety of lovers, both through their work and in his personal life, he very
rarely had someone that he could completely trust himself to submit to, at
least since Clavo Cruz and the kidnapping.
Even before the kidnapping they had to be careful with Xander�s
lovers. Somehow the younger man had
always ended up with the obsessive and controlling patients. For that matter, they had all had the same
problem at one time or another, though Greg and Eric were the only ones besides
Xander that had ended up nearly, or actually kidnapped by a patient. Eric had
been held hostage once by an ex-boyfriend.
Stetler was still in jail over that incident and hopefully would be for
a long time to come.

Nick knew from experience just what it was about the three
that inspired such adoration and obsession.
All of his friends, and lovers at one time or another, were excellent
lovers. They were devoted to their
partner�s pleasure and needs. It was
more than just their medical training.
To become a Sexual Healing Therapist you had to go through a rigorous
screening yourself and had to go through a more thorough training. Not only did one go through medical school
and get a degree in medicine, but as a student you had to get a degree in
psychology and a degree in sexual healing.

Nick and Tony had founded the clinic straight out of medical
school; they had graduated at twenty-three.
Not long after Speed, Danny, and Don had joined their ranks. Eric, Greg, and Xander were the youngest
among them. All three of them had
graduated from their residency at age twenty; they were the youngest members of
the clinic and had joined the practice a year apart. Eric had been with the clinic for five years,
Greg for four and Xander for three.

Nick and Tony had recruited them and had been pleased that
they chose the clinic considering some of the more prestigious institutions
that were vying for them. Last year,
after the kidnapping, they had all feared that they would lose Xander and Greg,
but the pair had only taken a short break and through the work of all of them
had come back dedicated to their work and the clinic.

�It�s about time you two got here!� Eric called with a laugh
as the pair turned and blew him a saucy kiss.

�They wouldn�t let us stop for pizza,� Greg said with a
pout, one that made them all laugh as it was a ritual complaint and one that
had no heat behind it.

Kyra merely smirked and goosed him. Greg squeaked and glared at her, before
joining the others in laughter. The
Twins made a stop at the table and grabbed their favorite pastries and left the
room; they couldn�t wait to see how things went tonight. A slow smirk crossed both of their faces as
they figured that Xander would be too tired to go anywhere tonight. And whoever ended up with Flame would be in
the same condition. They wondered
though, if they should have told Nick that his ex-lover was there for
treatment.

Once the twins were gone and everyone had settled down the
group each grabbed a copy of the files for their new clients. �Okay, let�s start with Silver first since he
asked for Xander by name.� Tony said with a smile. Tony was the more carefree of the two
founding members of the group, but when it came to the safety and well being of
his friends and patients, he was a dangerous man. They had hired Jim and the rest of the
security force to keep Tony from killing the Cruz brothers, something he had
been more than willing to do.

When the clinic first started out, Danny had had a client
hurt him in one of the exam rooms; Tony had beaten the man to a pulp and had
barely avoided having charges pressed against him. The truth was the man had been too terrified
of what both Tony and Nick would do to him if he did. Nick had paid the man a visit at home and by
the time that he was through the man was willing to admit to anything if it
meant he never had to see those two again.
It wasn�t really that surprising that the two were that protective, at
one time, before family pressure and obligation wore them down, both men wanted
to be police officers. They never
regretted their decision to follow their family�s plans, though they did go
into fields of medicine that their parents hadn�t approved of for their baby
boys.

�He�s the guy that asked for Xan by name?� Speed asked, a smirk on his face for his young friend. Speed was the cynical one in their group, but
he was also the nurturer; it was he that had gotten Xander and Greg through the
worst of the aftereffects of their kidnapping.
Speed, like Tony and Nick, had fallen to the pressures of his family and
then chose Sexual Healing as his course of study after one of his friends admitted
to being frigid after being sexually assaulted.
Speed�s friend had gone to a SH therapist and was now happily married
and the father of three beautiful boys.
He was also married to their friend and co-worker Alexx. She handled the initial examinations and made
sure that the clients were healthy and could pass the disease screens. She was also the resident mother to everyone
and the most beloved member of the clinic.

�What does Calleigh say about him?� Tony asked. Calleigh was responsible for the mental
screening; she had only been a part of the clinic for a year. Calleigh was a psychologist as well as a
trained observer. It was very hard for
someone to lie to her. They had hired
her just after the initial screening for the Cruz brothers had been done.

�She liked him, says he�s highly motivated, extremely erotic
in nature and would not hurt or traumatize Xander in any way. She considers him to be someone who could be
dangerous given the proper motivation, but she thinks we should take him on as
a client.� Eric said, reading from his report.
Eric, unlike the three older members of their group, had gone against
his family�s wishes to work in his chosen field. It was considered a shame in their family and
he had been disowned by all but his parents.
The elder Delkos did not understand their son�s work, but they supported
him in everything that he did. When
Stetler hurt him so badly it was his father that hunted the man down and beat
him first. Later after Stetler had held
Eric hostage, Clorinda Delko, Eric�s mother, kicked the man in the nuts as the
guards were leading him past her in the hall of the courthouse. She had also cursed him in several
languages. Like Alexx, she had adopted
all of them. When they had ganged up on
Eric, Xander, and Greg to make them move, they had called in Clorinda and Alexx
to add pressure to it. Needless to say
it took a lot less time to convince them to move.

�She says that he is a definite Dom with preferences for the
harder kinks, but knows that Xander doesn�t go full out. He even said he knew about Xander�s
kidnapping and would be willing to adhere to any conditions that Xander made,�
Don said with a smile for his friend.
Don had been the first to join Tony and Nick in their practice. He had gone into SH therapy after studying
the different fields open to him; he wanted to do something to help people and
had personally witnessed the damage that sexual disorders could cause
people. One of his cousins had lost her
husband to a sexual disorder. He had committed suicide when Don was
seventeen. Don was their voice of reason
in many cases; he was a very down to earth person. He was also a switch, which
made things easy for them when dealing with couples that wanted someone to be
controlled and controlling. He and Danny had been involved for over a year and
usually took on their cases together.

Danny was another of the quiet members of their group; he
had gone into medicine and SH as a way to separate himself from his family and
the horrors of his childhood. Danny was
a Messer, a child of the Mob�s head boss in New York
� a terrifying man. Danny had been
disowned and was glad of it. Only once
had Danny�s past come to haunt him in Miami
and that was right after the incident with the Cruz brothers. One of Danny�s worst tormentors as a child,
Sonny Sassone, came down on Danny�s father�s orders, to retrieve Danny by any
means necessary. What Sonny got was a
severe beat down and shipped home. The
Twins and Jim had disappeared for three weeks; no one knew where they went, but
they had their suspicions. Danny�s father sent word that he would never be
bothered again.

�As long as he knows the limits huh, Xan?�
Greg asked with a grin. Greg was a
live-wire, highly intelligent and a real sweetheart. He had gone into SH therapy after talking to
his parents and his Grandpa Olaf, who was a live-wire himself. Unlike most of them, Xander excluded, Greg�s
family was very accepting of what he did for a living and had been to visit him
on several occasions. Greg loved life,
and it had taken awhile after his kidnapping to return to the vivacious person
he was before the incident. The first
time he had come in wearing one of his saying T-shirts they had all been
thrilled even though the shirt read, �My invisible friend thinks you�re nuts,�
it meant that their Greg was back.

Xander laughed, though he wasn�t really worried, no one
would be allowed to hurt or take him again, his family would see to it. For the next hour they went over the
patients� records and decided who would go with whom. Don and Danny ended up with Patient Jade, he
wanted to be a seducer, but through the testing and Calleigh they knew he
needed to be seduced and have his senses over taken.

Eric and Speed ended up with Patient Red, he wanted two
lovers and he wanted someone who could stand up to his tests and his
stamina. His results closely matched
Patient Silver�s. This was also a common
occurrence as both Eric and Speed were lovers and usually took on duo work with
patients.

Greg it was decided, would go to Patient Blue, who Greg had
become intrigued by. This amused the
others, as that was usually a rare occurrence and the man had asked for some
one that matched Greg almost identically.
Calleigh had said he needed contact with a human, even if no sex was
involved the first time. He seemed
lonely to her.

Nick was the one that best met Patient Green�s needs, though
he was reluctant to take on the patient after the way that the security group
had reacted to the man�s identity. There
was something about this whole thing that he just knew was going to blow up in
his face, but still he had an obligation to help his patient.

Tony ended up with Patient Onyx, who Calleigh had personally
suggested go to Tony. The man was very rigid
in nature and she thought it would be funny and beneficial to have Tony be the
one to treat him. Her exact words were,
�Tony, he needs you to shake up his world.
Be gentle, but have fun and be yourself.� Needless to say they were all wondering what
he did to make her say that.

With a plan in place and patients assigned the group broke
off and went to get ready for their patients and to talk to their nurses about
what they would need.
