Frozen
Annabelle stood next to a very plain and simple one person bed where she had lay Caleb when they arrived. She stared at him chewing on her fingernails obviously not sure what to do now. Taking a breath she shook her head and turned walking to the wall and kneeled before an alter and began lighting candles. He was going to be angry after what she'd done, there was no way of avoiding his wrath from this. Everything seemed so clear when they'd left the Vineyard. She saw everything so clearly and she knew they had to get away from the First and Sunnydale. Taking Caleb with her . . . she still wasn't certain why she did it. She blew out the lighting stick she was using and put it aside. Turning her eyes up towards the crucifix hanging above the prayer alter. As if pleading for some guidance from the beliefs she was amerced in and held dear from childhood. Closing her eyes she bowed her head and took another breath slowly letting it out to focus her thoughts. So many things have gotten distorted since she was little. Her family quickly dying off when she was only a child. Annabelle had clung to the church and everything it was. Everything it had stood for. When Caleb married her, she had no idea how her life would change in the following years. What she was going to become and how far they would fall from grace. The cold hard fact of it was, he was a serial killer, and she was his accomplice from the beginning by turning a blind eye to it. Caleb's eyes opened and he gasped a breath. He looked around quickly realizing he was no longer in the bedroom at the Vineyard. His entire body arched like he'd been dragged by the foot through a dry rock riverbed. He hadn't really felt pain of any type for a while and he wasn't used to it. He began to sit up but stopped as his hand rested over his chest. Caleb turned his head and saw Annabelle kneeling next to the wall. "What in the . . . Annabelle! What in carnation is this!?" Her eyes opened hearing that he had finally come too. "I hardly recognized it either." She said softly. "IT seems like ages since we came here. The garden is mostly weeds and dead plants, now." She stood from the alter and turned to him, "All my flowers died." He looked around again and realized he did recognize it and they had been there before. "You took us to an abandoned monastery in the middle of nowhere . . . for what reason?" Caleb said giving her a displeased look. "I didn't know where else to go." She said walking over and sitting down on the next bed closed to him. "We were happy here. I thought coming back, I'd feel that way again." She admitted. "I guess I can't go back." "You have to be plum out of your Gaul darn mind taking us to the other side of the country in the middle of the apocalypse girl." He said forcing himself to sit up against the wall. "How the devil did you do this?" He asked. Annabelle thought for a moment then shrugged. "The First hasn't followed us, I don't know it can." She said softly. He just looked at her darkly, "Please don't look at me like that." "I put my faith and trust in you, Annabelle. Bet it all on you . . . and this is what you do? You run away after you electrocuted my person and then kidnap me? How else am I going to look at you, after you've disappointed me like this?" He said raising his voice. "Caleb I couldn't stay there, it was painful." He furrowed his brow looking over her. "No, inside." She said placing her hand over her heart. "It feels like being pulled apart, its hard to breathe." She sighed a little looking down. "It's better here, but its not completely gone." "Annabelle," He said turning towards her and sitting up the rest of the way. "You got scared, you've changed but this runnin' away? It ain't how to fix it." "Caleb I wasn't in control there." She countered. "Every time the First came near me, all I could feel, all I wanted to do was to push it away. To hold it as far from me as I could." She admitted. "So what are you sayin' to me right now? You sayin' you wanna run off and join whats left of the slayers? That group of dirty whores . . . become one of them. Is that what you're sayin'?" Caleb demanded. "No, it wouldn't be any better with them." She tried to explain, "I don't know why this is, Caleb. I don't know how to make it stop or control it." "What do you feel?" He asked. "What causes that pain?" Annabelle knew she didn't have the skills to articulate it properly, but she closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Caleb wasn't sure what she was doing, and after last time he had good reason to be concerned. "It feels like . . . I don't belong anywhere." Her eyes opened and were their normal color which was a relief. "Please don't make me go back." "We have to, Annabelle." He said sternly, "We've worked to hard and to long to quit now. We've been waitin' for this for a long time and it's in our reach. We must go back." She closed her eyes again and hung her head. "Come here, girl." He said motioning for her. She looked up at him a little cautious when he called her, unconsciously shying back a little. "I ain't gonna hurt ya, come here." Annabelle hesitated a moment longer before she stood moving closer to Caleb. He reached over catching her wrist and pulling her to sit next to him on the narrow bed. Her entirely body went stiff and ridged as she sat near him. He took a breath gathering his thoughts. "Annabelle, I get the feelin' you don't want to throw in the towel completely here, otherwise you wouldn't have brought me with ya when you bolted." Caleb looked at her, "I ain't completely sure why you done that. You have more power now then anythin' ever seen before. You could have gone anywhere, hid yourself so we couldn't ever find you again." He fell silent for a moment, "So maybe you just needed to take a breather from everythin'. It's all to over whelmin' for you I suppose. ALl this happenin' so sudden like. AIn't none of us knew what exsactly was comin'." He turned towards her taking her hands in his. "I Imagine it's why you brought me with ya. An anchor to keep you grounded. Somethin' . . . or someone familiar to ya." "I couldn't leave you there, Caleb. I couldn't just leave and not take you with me." Annabelle said. She looked down at her hands that were folded in her lap. "You've never treated me very well. At least not very often. You'd probably be beating on me or cutting me up right now except you don't want to be on the receiving end of this . . .thing, inside of me again." Caleb sighed, "You know what's right and wrong Annabelle, you ain't ignorant of that. You've been taught since you were just a little critter crawlin' on all fourcs. I took over your teachin' when we was married. So there's nothin' you don't know how about things are to be between us. New powers, changes in you, what you are . . . don't make you any less my wife."He looked at her. "We was married before all this even started, Sweetpea. I know it means somethin' to you. Otherwise you would have escaped the first time you were tempted to go away form me, and you wouldn't have brought us here together like this." Annabelle was quiet a moment before she looked up into Caleb's eyes. "Do you want to hurt me, Caleb?" She asked him outright. This was an uncomfortable topic Caleb would have liked to ignore. But he wasn't in a position to do so. "Does it give you pleasure or satisfaction?" The Priest breathed deep before he gathered his thoughts. He simply didn't do this. "No." He answered. "I'm a girl." She reminded him. "You've always liked . . . you've always enjoyed . . ." "Not with you." Caleb said stopping her. "I've never wanted to hurt you. It's not the same with you. I feel . . . it feels different when I cut on you, injure you . . . cause you any pain. It's upsettin' to me." He admitted. ""All I see around me are dirty girls. Whores just waitin' to tear out a mans soul." Caleb's eyes looked into Annabelle's, "But that hasn't ever been what I see when I look at you. Your my Belle. You always have been. From the first time I saw ya sittin' in the flowers blowin' bubbles into the wind." "Then . . . why did you do it, why did you hurt me so much Caleb?" She asked genuinely wanting to know why, she couldn't understand. "It's who I am, darlin'." He said seriously, "You know that for a fact." Caleb gazed into her eyes never having through they would be sitting together talking like this, "I don't want you to turn into one of those . . .whores, Annabelle. As your husband it would be to irresponsible of me to let that happen. Just tryin' to keep you pure and sweet as you always been." "This is insanity." Annabelle said leaning forward covering her face with her hands. Caleb wrapped his arms around her and pulled her up, turning her face towards him. "You brought me here with you for a reason, Annabelle." He said gently his lips so near to hers now as he reached up and stroked her hair back from her face. "Maybe you needed someone to help ease, shoulder your burden. Help clear up your mind so you can think straight again." Caleb held her close, resting his cheek against the top of her head. Her hair smelled like fresh cut roses, her skin soft and warm to the touch. He could feel the power deep inside her, like the First had mentioned before they disappeared from the Vineyard. "The only weakness I've had in my life, that's made me like other men, is you. Somethin' about you drew me to you from the first time I saw ya." He said holding her tight. "That little girl in her white Sunday dress." Annabelle opened her eyes still clinging to him. "So innocent, your hair shinin' in the sunlight." Caleb said stroking her hair. Annabelle looked up at him as he spoke. Seemed like ages ago. There was a shine in her eyes that caught his attention, deep within her. Reaching up he cupped her face in his hand. That power inside of her was calling out to him. The First was correct, he was like a moth drawn to a flame, and the power inside Annabelle was far beyond what the First had. They'd been merged together on many occasions and even then, he hadn't felt anything like or equal to just holding Annabelle near. Merging was what gave Caleb his power from the First, but that creature was incorporeal. More or less a ghost entity.. He couldn't exactly merge with Annabelle in the same way. They were both human with solid forms. "Annabelle," He began, "Maybe you should try passin some of your powers onto me. If its to much for ya to carry alone." "Caleb, I hardly control it as it is, how would I give it to you?" She asked. "You willin' to give me some of that energy all stored up inside ya?" He asked her seriously. Annabelle thought a moment before giving a quiet nod. "Then we just gotta find us a way to do that." He kissed her head and rubbed her back a bit. A few moments later he began to chuckle. Annabelle looked up at him. "Take your clothes off, honey." He said. Her eyes went wide and she pushed back from his arms. "What?" She said in astonishment and beyond embarrassed. "Call it what you might, but we been mergin for years. Since the day we were married." He responded. "Caleb. You're playing with me aren't you?" She still found it unbelievable that he would make such a demand in a situation like this. "We're in hiding, I accidently electrocuted you. IF it wasn't for your power that the First had given you, you might have died." "If you got a better idea I'd be glad to hear it." He countered. "There's no reason we can't give it a go, and if it don't work, no harm no foul." Annabelle crossed her arms and shook her head feeling this was madness. She walked closer to the alter and looked into the flames of the candles. "I just suffered a miscarriage, caused by your pushing me down a long flight of stone stairs." Her eyes turned down, "Forgive me, Caleb. But the idea of your touching me in such a way makes me ill." Caleb clinched his jaw slightly feeling the anger he'd felt when he'd pushed her down those stairs. The anger and rage at everything that had happened. Annabelle covered her eyes with her hand a moment. He looked at her, "You've got a right to be hurtin' about it. I know I betrayed you after sayin' you could keep it. But it had to be done Annabelle. If it weren't't me, it would have been someone else, one of the Bringers even. Someone who didn't care about ya, or if you survived it." She turned and looked at him, "But it wouldn't have hurt as much if it had been an accident or someone else." Annabelle shook her head a little with tears in her eyes, "But it wasn't. It was you. You killed our baby." Tears slid down her cheeks when her voice broke. "I shouldn't love you after everything you've put me through, but God help me, I do." "That's how it's supposed to be, sweat pea." Caleb said standing up and stepping towards her. "No, it's not." Annabelle said. "You've killed hundreds of girls in cold blood, and I helped you. I knew what you were doing, what you had done but I said nothing. Never did I tell a living soul. Not because I was afraid of you or your wrath, but because I was afraid of losing you." She confessed, "How many have suffered for my selfishness? Caleb walked closer to her resting his hands on her shoulders. "You are a gentle soul, Annabelle. You always have been. You ain't never done anythin' like that in your whole life." "What about those I killed when you and the First put me in that arena? I killed so many, dozens . . . ." "Of demons. Like stepping on spiders or bugs. There was no sin in that. You were probably doin' this sad old world a favori." Caleb said. Annabelle sighed and looked down as that inner conflict from before seemed to return. "Annabelle," He started, "It would be downright foolish of me to think I could make you do anythin' you don't wanna do. I can't make you lay with me if you ain't willin'" He said seriously. "But I truly believe this is how I can help you. I wanna help you honey." He rested his hand against her cheek, "Let me help you, darlin'." She looked up at him. "It could kill you." Annabelle said. "I didn't mean to shock you as hard as I did. You could have died." Annabelle looked into his eyes, she'd never been able to resist him for very long. Caleb released her shoulders and took her hands in his. "Maybe it'll be you pushin' me down the stairs." He said figuratively. Annabelle lowered her eyes, but Caleb raised her chin so she would look at him. "I ain't afraid Annabelle. It's best you try not to be so afraid too.An Intimate Experience
Annabelle stood looking at the wall breathing deeply, never having felt comfortable without clothes at any point. Even when it was pitch black and she couldn't see her hand in front of her face. She'd taken an extremely hot shower, a little surprised at the water still being on at the monastery. When she came out she'd wrapped a towel around herself and brushed out her hair. When she came back into the room, she looked at herself in the mirror. It was hard to recognize or look at the person starring back. Caleb moved to stand behind her having taken a shower as well but not bothering to cover himself when he returned. He rested his hands on her shoulders, kissing her neck tenderly, then her shoulders on each side pulling her against him as he wrapped his arms around her embracing her tightly. Annabelle closed her eyes leaning her head to the side as the continued to lavish kisses against her warm soft skin. She leaned her head back against his shoulder getting lost in his affections. Caleb's hands moved over her body through the towel, caressing her curved. His hands came to the tucked piece of cloth as he slowly pulled it open sliding it to the floor baring her body to him. His arms wrapped around her again and he pressed his body hard against hers holding her tight almost picking her up off the floor. Annabelle's eyes closed tighter feeling has naked form against her body. Caleb set her back to her feet and moved his hands over her again, resting her hands on her thighs and slowly sliding up over her hips, across her abdomen over her stomach to her breasts. She gasped a little as he began to massage her in his hands. Her body shivered at the sensations pulsing through her. Caleb paused before touching her chin turning her face towards his. She opened her eyes looking towards his. She opened her eyes looking towards him, their lips almost touching "Caleb, I . . ." She breathed but before she could say any more he kissed her deeply. Annabelle closed her eyes and kissed him back. Unable to stop herself. After a moment Caleb turned her towards him wrapping his arms around her, kissing her more passionately then before. She wrapped her arms back around him anxiously returning his affections. Reaching up she touched his face, hungrily devouring his lips. Caleb leaned her backwards off her feet, sweeping her up into his arms kissing her again. Then he turned and carried her over to the bed lying her down, lying over her. Reaching up he swept the stray strands of her hair back from her eyes, then kissed her again devouring her lips anxiously. Annabelle's hand rested on his shoulder returning every touch, but she stopped pushing him back breaking the kiss looking up at him. "Caleb." She said as they both breathed deeply, gasping for air. "I can feel it, swelling inside of me." She whispered nervously. "I don't think I can hold it back." "Don't try, darlin'." He breathed stroking her face with his thumb before kissing her again unable to wait any longer, his hand sliding down over her shoulder down her side the length of her body. Annabelle ran her fingers through his hair, arching her back pressing the length of her body against his. Just their bodies pressing together so close caused tingles of electricity all over him, it only made him that much more anxious and excited. He wrapped his hand under her knee and opened her thighs wrapping her leg around his hip as he rubbed himself against her. Annabelle's body quivered feeling how aroused he was pressing against her. Her heart was thumping wildly in her chest, Caleb moving from her lips, trailing kisses along her jaw line and down her throat. Annabelle turned her face away her eyes closed as she let the utter bliss of his hands on her, his warm skin against hers, every kiss every touch. There was a feeling of exhilaration, power swilling about them both. He pressed his hard member against her moist entrance groaning slightly at the feeling as he rubbed himself against her. Annabelle adjusted herself a little for him, her body flush with heat and longing. However, memories were beginning to invade her mind. Flashes of the worries she'd had before, bits and pieces of memories of things Caleb had done. To all those girls, the demons she'd been mercilessly pitted against one right after the other, what he and the First had done to her together. She tried to push the images and feelings out of her mind, but the power growing inside her seemed to make her mind race. She opened her eyes starring at the wall. It was different this time. Different then the other times they had ever lay together. When they were first married, he was tender, patient, loving, kind. Yet after the first few months of marriage, he quickly became a selfish lover and wasn't so concerned with her pleasures or even her comfort. It got the worst when Caleb met the First then there were nights when he went out of his way to hurt her. To make her scream and cry in pain. She saw his face, the way he smiled, the way he laughed when there was blood on his hands and smeared across his face after a kill. She closed her eyes and turned back towards Caleb finding his lips and kissing him desperately. He could barely contain himself and wrapped his arms underneath her holding her tight as he consumed her mouth. Unable to wait any longer he pressed his throbbing member inside her, slow at first then his hips thrust hard deep inside Annabelle's body. He paused as his entire body shuttered at the pure bliss he felt. The connection between them established as he could feel her body filled with energy, strength, power unlike anything he'd ever felt before. Pure adrenaline, and a potent aphrodisiac "Oh God," Annabelle cried breathing hard feeling as though there was electricity flowing through every vien, every pore, every fiber of her being. Her fingers clutched tight to Caleb's shoulders her entire body tensing around him. His hips began to move faster, harder and deeper inside her. Annabelle wrapped her other leg around him as well feeling as though there was an overwhelming tense light, so strong, begging to escape. It felt as though she was going to burst. "Come on, darlin'" Caleb breathed ruggedly, his hips thrusting harder still, "Let it go, don't hold back." He said into her ear, "Release it, share it with me." Annabelle's hip moved with his, unable to stop herself or slow down., Their bodies moving as one, the sweat from their efforts glistening on her skin. Everything continued to become more intense and a glow started to emanate from deep within Annabelle. Caleb closed his eyes feeling it as well, it was an extraordinary sensation. Like slipping together into a warm pool of water, floating weightlessly in each others arms. The glow that had begun in Annabelle's body was beginning to glow within his. He gasped at the sensation, this was nothing like when he and the First merged. There was an intense pain when the creature entered him with such force, the strength and the power it gave him was worth it. But this, she was so much more. The power was far stronger, the merging was utter and complete bliss. They clawed at each others bodies, rocking together desperate for more. To be closer, to feel one another. The sexual energy became so intense neither could calm down and their hips moving together hard. The glow became brighter as it seemed to come from both bodies. Caleb groaned against Annabelle's lips, slipping his arms under her back, clutching her shoulders as he held her beneath him. As they neared their climax, both of them couldn't catch their breath. Caleb had exploded deep within her, filling her womb with his seed. It was all so intense and passionate, there was no way he could keep from doing it. The intense orgasm they shared together was so intense their bodies shook and tremored almost violently. Caleb cried out, as Annabelle screamed never having felt anything like it. They held together tight as the feeling started to subside somewhat now. Annabelle's eyes were once again covered over with the mirror shined silver as they had been before. When Caleb's eyes opened, his color had changed somewhat as well. The blue of his eyes had been replaced with the same sort of liquid silver in Annabelle's. Their bodies continued to writhe against one another in the aftershocks of their passion. They stared into each others eyes, breathing deep. So many things had just happened between them they couldn't speak and just clung to each other. Neither had been in control of their bodies as if all there was all that mattered was being together, cumming together as one. Some basic carnal instinct that overwhelmed the ability to think clearly or hold a thought in ones head. 'Nothin' more then animals. Clawin' at each others flesh.' he had said once. At this moment, non of that seemed to matter. This power wasn't like the one the First had bestowed on him. It was different, it had more layers, more depth, thousands more facets. Suddenly they both felt extremely tired as the power seemed to return to it's dormant state. It felt as though they could pass out at any second. Caleb rolled off her body and lay beside Annabelle kissing her once more before wrapping his arms around her settling in against each other. IT seemed like moments passed before both fell into a deep blissful slumber. To Be Continued . . . .
