Spike walked into the house and slammed the door shut, locking it as he threw his keys down. He shrugged off his duster and looked at the mess that lay there. He growled lightly as his anger at Angelus still boiled and walked towards the hall. He paused when he came to his pictures. He looked at Ravyn's and sighed heavily as he stared at it before turning and walking to the bedroom.
Throwing his duster on the chair, he sat on the bed, removing his boots and sat there. He stared at the wall, completely lost. He had no idea where to find her. He had searched all night for any signs of Ravyn or Angelus, barely making it home before the sun rose.
The ringing of the phone finally caught his attention and he snatched it up quickly.
"Hello...Spike?" Dawn asked as she held up the phone.
"What."
"Oh thank god. Are you okay?" she asked him worriedly.
"No." he answered. "I couldn't find her."
Dawn felt every emotion he was feeling in his voice. He was scared, mad and worried. "We'll find her Spike."
"And if we don't?"
"We will!" she said with conviction, trying to reassure him. "Just please don't go off and do anything stupid okay?"
Spike let out a little laugh. "Stupid? Stupid would be to sit `ere and let him get away with it. No stupid I'm not!"
"Spike, Rob saidfounfound the restoration spell. You have to let him try it."
"Try what you want. I find him first; he's a dead man!"
Spike......"
"I gotta go." Spike told her, as he was slowly losing control of his emotions again. Last thing he wanted was to take it out on Dawn. "I'll talk to you later."
Dawn didn't have a chance to say another word as Spike hung up on her. She hung the phone back up and stared at the ceiling. "What now?" she asked no one as she tried to think her way through this one.
Rolling over, she pulled the blankets back up over her. Her mind went to Ravyn. She wondered if she was okay, and what Angelus was doing. She knew how much Angel liked her, what did the demon in him think?
She knew Spike well enough to know that if he said he would kill Angel...he would. It was up to them to find Angel first. Throwing the blankets back, she got up and dressed quickly. She had to get the guys to go out looking again. She couldn't let anything happen to Angel....no matter how much Angelus deserved to suffer, Angel was an innocent in this. He didn't know what he was doing.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Ravyn opened her eyes slightly as she felt something brush up against her. She saw Angelus staring down at her.
"Thought you might be more comfortable with something soft to lie on." he said, as he pushed a blanket towards her. "But you could always sleep in the bed with me. I don`t mind."
Ravyn opened her eyes completely and looked up at him. He was grinning big as he looked down at her. "I'd rather sleep on the floor."
"Suit yourself, but when the rats in here start gnawing on you, don't blame me." he said as he turned and walked over to the bed.
She watched him as he stood there and made a big production of removing his clothes. She rolled her eyes and grabbed her blanket, turning her back to him and faced the wall. Her mind drifted to Spike, like it had every five minutes of the day. She wondered if he were okay, and if he had eaten. She missed him and wanted nothing more than to be curled up in their big bed with him, not in some stinking old building, sharing the nasty floor with every other creature that was in the place.
"Goodnight sweetie" Angelus said with a smile as he climbed in bed. "You get too uncomfortable over there, just give me a little yell, okay?"
"Drop deader." Ravyn said without turning around. She hated this version of Angel. She hoped whateveppenppened to him, reversed itself...and soon.
Ravyn stared at the wall for a few minutes until she finally let her eyes fall shut. Pulling the blanket up tightly around her, she laid her head on her arm, and let her mind slip away to the only thing that gave her any comfort....Spike.

Dawn hurried into the hotel, throwing her things on her desk before walking he khe kitchen. She started a pot of coffee and went straight upstairs, knocking on everyone's doors, waking them all up.
"What in the world is up with you?" Blake asked her sleepily as he came to the door.
"We have to go look for Ravyn and Angel." she told him as she crossed the hall to Jesse's door.
"We just got back a few hours ago. It can wait till later."
Dawn snapped her head around and glared at him hard. "NO...it can't. If it were your girlfriend out there, you'd still be looking. Spike can't, the sun's up. Now go get dressed." she told him angrily. "If we don't find Angel first, then there's not anything any of us will be able to do to stop Spike from killing him."
"Spike's not really gonna kill him. Come on Dawn, you know how guy's are." he said with a big yawn. "They like to talk all big when they're pd. Od. Once he calms down he'll be fine."
Dawn chuckled as she looked at him. "Are you `that' stupid?" she asked, giving him a lopsided grin. "Do you honestly believe Spike is just going to forgive and forget?"
"She right." Rob said as he walked out of his room, fully dressed. "Now go get your clothes on."
Blake sighed heavily and looked up when Jesse opened his door. "Fine, whatever."
Dawn turned and started down the hall and stopped when Phillip called out to her. She turned and went to his door, opening it as she did.
"Can I help?" Phillip asked her as she walked into his room. "I mean, I can't go outside, but I can do other things. Please let me help."
Dawn looked at him. They were still handcuffing him to the bed, which she thought was completely unnecessary. She smiled as she looked at him. "Can you cook?" askeasked him with a smile.
Phillip smiled as she walked over to the dresser. "Yes ma'am. Very well actually."
Dawn smiled as she picked up the key and walked to the bed. "Great, I'm starving and we need somethinod tod to eat before we go back out." she said as she un-cuffed him. "Now go make yourself useful."
Phillip smiled big as he sat up and got off the bed. "Thank you Miss." he said as he walked over to the door. "Any preference to what you'd like?"
Dawn smiled at him. He looked happy just to bing ing something other than sitting in this room. "Whatever you come up with will be fine." she told him as shelowelowed him out of the room.
The others were soon following her and Phillip back down the stairs, grumbling to themselves about not getting enough sleep. They all sat around the lounge, pulling out city maps trying to decide the best place to look first, while Phillip prepared them breakfast.
"So, Spike didn't have any luck last night?" Jesse asked, stifling back a yawn.
"No" Dawn answered him as she looked over the maps. "Where do you think he would have taken her?"
"Hard to tell." Rob said from his seat beside of her. "There's hundreds of places in the city he could be hiding her."
"I know....but he's probably not to far away. I mean...it's Angelus. He'd want us to eventually find him, if nothing more than to rub the fact that he took Ravyn in Spike's face."
"Yeah, you're probably righ
"Why can't you just do the spell. I'm sure he'll bring her back once his soul has returned?" Blake asked Rob.
"Because this particular spell requires the blood of the intended. Without a sample of Angel's blood, the spell won't work."
"Oh" Blake said, trying to figure out how they were suppose to get close enough to Angelus to even get a blood sample from him.
"Your food is prepared." Phillip said as he stepped into the lounge.
"Thanks" Dawn said with a smile as she looked up at him. "Well, let's go eat and we'll get started looking right after."

Spike was pacing the floors, waiting for the sun to set. He had tossed and turned in bed for hours, never getting more than a few minutes of sleep at a time before he would wake. He kept hearing Ravyn's voice every time he would close his eyes, calling out to him.
He growled constantly as he made long paths through the rubble in the Living Room. His mind kept flashing images of Ravyn and Angelus `together'. He would hear her screams as `Angelus' made lto hto her, screams of pleasure meant only for him to hear. He could see their naked bodies pressed together, her face; her eyes as they looked down full of lust, hear the things she only said for him! Her mate! He kicked at the tabletop of the coffee table as his mind played in slow motion all the things Angelus was doing to her.
He was breathing heavily as he reached down, picking up the remains of the table and sending it flying through the air to come crashing down in the kitchen.
Spike stood there looking around the room, trying to get his breathing and his demon under control. He lifted his hands and scrubbed at his face before running his fingers through his hair. He stood there, hands on his head; eyes clenched shut tightly trying to will the images away.
Slowly falling to his knees, S lea leaned over, resting his head on the floor. He let out a small chocked sob before a little chuckle.*Wanker always wins* he said sadly to himself as he thought of Angelus. Ravyn may not have gone willingly, but it would only be a matter of time before Angelus had her eating out of his hand. Spike knew exactly how he worked...he had watched him do it for years. If he didn't find her and fast....it would be too late.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
"Hey, you ready to eat today?" Angelus asked Ravyn as he knelt in the floor next to her.
Ravyn opened her eyes and looked up at him. "No"
"You have to eat sometime you know."
"I can go for days without eating."
Angelus smiled down at her. "Well, if that's the way you want it." he said as he stood back up. "I'm going out."
Ravyn sat up and watched him walk to the door. "Why did you take me if you're just going to leave me chained up here on the floor?" she asked him hatefully.
Angelus std and and turned back to her. He smiled as he looked at her. "You want out of the floor?"
Ravyn looked at him as he slowly walked back over to her. He was smiling at her and she didn't like the look in his eyes.
"All you have to do is say the word, and I'll unchain you."
"Unchain me." Ravyn said quietly, knowing good and well that wasn't what he was referring to.
Angelus' smile broed. ed. "Well, that wasn't exactly what I was looking for." he said as he once again knelt down in front of her. "But, as a good deed on my part....I'll let up have the bed." he said as he reached in his pocket and pulled a key out reaching for her chains. "Don't try anything." he warned her as he reached for the lock.
Ravyn watched him unlock the chains from her ankles and once she was free, he helped her stand.
"There.....now no more whining from you okay?" he said as he led her over to the bed and sat her down.
Ravyn looked up at him as he stood there and wondered for a brief moment if she had enough room to make a run for it.
"Don't even think about it." Angelus told her. He reached down; grabbing her left arm and had a pair of handcuffs on her wrist before she could even blink. He reached over and hooked the other end to the metal frame of the headboard. "Now.....you have somewhere soft to rest that pretty head of yours."
Ravyn growled softly as she looked at him. He just laughed softly at her as he leaned down and placed a kiss on top of her head.
"Now you be a good girl until I get back." he said as he turned and walked out.
Ravyn watched him leave before turning and pulling on the handcuffs. The only thing she accomplished was cutting her wrist as she pulled and tugged, trying to free herself. Finally giving up with a loud sigh, she lay down, resting her head on her outstretched arm. Pul the the sheet that was on the bed up around her, she shut her eyes and silently called out to Spike, hopeing he would somehow hear her.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Dawn flopped down on the lounge sofa, exhausted as the other's did the same. They hearcearched the city all day, with no luck. "Where could they be?"
"I don't know." Blake said, as he sat there with his eyes shut. "We've searched every place in the city just about. Maybe he left."
Phillip waked into the lounge, a small smile on his face. "Would you like me to get you anything?" he asked, wanting to be helpful.
Jesse looked up at him and smiled. "Food would be nice."
Phillip smiled as he looked at him. "I've already prepared it for you. I wasn't sure when you'd be back, so it's waiting on you."
Jesse smiled big as he stood. "Well, a vampire butler...who'da thunk it?"
Phillip smiled as Jesse passed him and headed for the Kitchen. "No luck finding Miss Ravyn then?" he asked the others, as they laid about the room.
"No" Dawn answered him. "But we're going back out after we freshen up."
"WE ARE!" Rob, Blake and Jesse all yelled.
"YES...we are." Dawn said, giving them all a stern look. "We have to find them before Spike does."
"Man...can't we just rest for a while?" Blake asked.
Dawn gave her own little version of a growl as she looked at him. "You...will do exactly as I say Blake! We will search until we find them, Do you understand?!"
Everyone looked at Dawn wide-eyed. They had never seen her so demanding. It was almost scary.
"Now, we have lots of places to check yet....."
"Like where? We've looked over half the city." Jesse said as he stuck his head out of the kitchen.
Dawn looked over at him, glaring hard. "We haven't checked the warehouse district."
"Yes we did!" Blake said loudly, "Twice already!"
"No!" Dawn said, getting upset. "We drove through the warehouse district. We didn't check any of them."
"Hello....I didn't see anything down there, did you?" Blake asked sarcastically.
Dawn sighed heavily as she looked at him. "And what makes you think Angelus would put a big ole sign up saying `Look, this is where I have Ravyn....come on in'?" she answered him back, just as sarcastically as he did. "We have to check every one of those buildings. Just because there's no lights on, doesn't mean they aren't there, or weren't there."
Blake slumped back in his chair. He knew he wasn't going to win arguing with her. "Fine, whatever Dawn. Just wake me when it's time to go." he said bitterly.
Dawn rolled her eyes at him and stood, walking to the Kitchen. She smiled when she saw the big buffet of food Phillip had prepared for them. "This looks so great Phillip. Thank You." she said as he followed her back into the room.
"It's the least I can do. I want to see Miss Ravyn returned as much as you do."
Dawn turned to him as he spoke. She could see how much he cared for Ravyn. "We'll get her back, don't worry."
"I know you will." he said with a smile. "Now you eat up, you need your strength."

Spike stormed into the bar, everyone turning to look at him as he did. The ones that didn't hide their faces stood and headed for the exits.
The bartender saw him and quickly fixed him his drink as Spike approached the bar. "Long time no see, Mr. Spike. Wha...what can I do for you?" he asked nervously.
Spike gulped back his drink, never taking his eyes off the bartender before putting the empty glass backn. "n. "I'm looking for Angelus."
"Angel? Well, I haven't seen him....."
"No...Angelus. The un-soulded version."
The bartender's eyes widened. He had never seen Angel without the soul, but many had. He knew from them to stay clear of him. "No Mr. Spike. I haven't seen him, but I'll call if I do."
Spike gave him a hard look. "You do that." he said as he stood. "And if you do see him....tell him I'm coming for him." he added with a growl.
The bartender watched as Spike left. He wiped his forehead nervously as he watched the door swing shut. In all his time of knowing Spike, he had never been truly frightened of him. He looked at his patrons seated at the bar, all of them having the exact same expressions on their faces. Of all the times Spike ever entered the bar, never once had any of them seen him `vamped out' when he did. They didn't know what Angelus had done, but knew whatever it was, there'd be hell to pay for it.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
The night was short, too short for any kind of decent search. Spike knew it would be days before he would be able to search everywhere. He wondered if the gang had had any luck. As much as he wanted Angelus...he wanted Ravyn back more. Every time he thought of her, he'd get a dull ache in his chest. He missed her, more than he ever had before. She was his and the fact that someone just waltzed into their home and took her stressed him badly. He couldn't protect her. If Angelus could come and take her, what made him think he could protect her from Trull?
Pulling back into his driveway, Spike parked his bike and started for the house. He sighed heavily as he looked out over the ocean. Opening his door and entering the house, he locked up and readied himself for another restless day of sleep.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Ravyn woke when she felt a hand slid slowly down her leg. She turned her head quickly, looking over her shoulder and saw the smiling face of Angelus. She jerked away from him quickly, only to be pulled back against him.
"It's not like you can go anywhere." he said as he leaned down, placing a kiss on her shoulder.
"Get off of me!" Ravyn yelled as she squirmed and pushed at him.
Angelus chuckled at her as he wrapped his arm around her waist. He pulled her flush against his body and buried his face in her neck. "I'm not going to hurt you. Just relax."
Ravyn was on the brink of tears. She was frightened and mad. "Angel...get off of me!" she yelled again, as she kicked at his legs and slapped at him with her free arm.
Angelus grabbed her arm and flipped her over on her back. He pinned her arm under him and laid half on top of her. "Now...I said I wasn't going to hurt you." he said as he lifted a hand and pushed her hair away from her face. "I can't very well sleep on the floor...now can I?"
"You made me" Ravyn answered him hatefully.
"Well, that's different."
Ravyn rolled her eyes before turning her head to the side. She couldn't even look at him. She closed her eyes when she felt him kiss her cheek.
"You are so beautiful." he whispered softly to her as he kissed her face. "I can completely understand why my unruly childe is so greedy with you. Hell I would be too."
"Please stop" Ravyn said quietly as he kissed his way down her neck. Her eyes were clenched shut tightly as his hand roamed over her body.
"I'm not going to do anything you don't beg me for, thought we already covered that." he said, licking at her neck.
Ravyn let out a small sob as he licked and kissed at the mark Spike had given her. The scar was sensitive to the touch and the slightest touch always sent chills through her body.
Angelus chuckled quietly as he felt her shudder. "You can't possible be effected by this pitiful little excuse of a mating scar." he said as he continued to suck at her flesh. "Hell, it's not even real."
Ravyn opened her eyes and turned her head, pushing his head away from her. "It's very real!" she yelled. "I'm his, when are you going to get that through that thick head of yours!"
Angelus laughed as he looked down at her. "Real?" he asked amused at her. "That....is nothing more than a bite mark."
"No....it's not. I belong to him."
"Only because he `says' so." he told her, still chuckling. "If you were `truly' his, I would be able to sense it...and I don't."
Ravyn stared at him. "What are you talking about?' she asked loudly.
Angelus smiled and ran a finger over the bite mark. "Tell me, when this `claim' was made....did you bite him as well?"
"Yes" she replied, glaring at him.
"Really?" he asked her wide-eyed. "Now see, I don't believe that. If you had...then I'd be able to feel the bond, which I know for a fact you two `don't' share...now do you?"
"What are you talking about?" Ravyn asked him again, confused.
Angelus' smiled widened. "Oh man...this is to sweet. You have no idea do you?"
"No idea what?!" Ravyn yelled, getting frustrated with him.
"You've been a vampire how long?" he asked chuckling again. "You can't form a bond in a mating ritual unless it's preformed `together'....as in, both bites happening at the same time. Is that the way you did it?"
Ravyn looked at him as he grinned down at her. She thought back to when Spike initially gave her the bite and claimed her...it was in the shower at Eddie's. Her bite came later, in bed. It wasn't preformed together.
"I can see by the look on your face" Angelus said to her. "See, you're no more his than you are mine."
Ravyn couldn't help the tears that spilled from her eyes as she looked at him. Spike was her mate and she was his.....right?
"Don't worry. You can be as carefree with me as you want to be. It's not like you're going to be unfaithful or anything. You're not his. There's nothing he can say or do about it."
Ravyn tears came quicker as Angelus leaned back down to her neck, kissing her again. She tried with everything in her, not to cry, but couldn't hold it back when she felt his fangs scrape against her flesh.
"I can make you mine......all you have to do is say the word." he whispered as he cut into her flesh, licking up the small drop of blood that spilled.
Ravyn cried harder. She was confused. She had spent over thirty years, knowing in her heart that she was Spike's, now to find out that she wasn't.
"Shhh....don't cry. Angel's going to make it all better." he said as he brought his head back up to look at her. He wiped away her tears and laid his hand on the side of her face. "I can make it all go away." he said softly as he leaned down, placing his lips against hers.
Ravyn closed her eyes. The feeling was foreign, wrong. He had no right. She jerked her head away, crying harder as she did.
"I'm going to make you forget all about him." he said, pulling her head back and holding it in place. "I'm going to make you feel so good, you won't even remember his name."
Ravyn's body went stiff when he leaned down once again and kissed her. She tried to move her head but couldn't as he held it with both of his hands. She cringed as his tongue ran over her lips and forced its way into her mouth. She tried to yell as he explored the recesses of her mouth and wiggled, trying to free herself.
Angelus pulled up slightly from her, his mouth still lightly playing against hers. "Just relax. I'm not hurting you." he whispered against her lips. He bit softly at them, licking and nibbling as he did. "You taste so good." he told her as he once again forced his way inside.
Ravyn felt his tongue in her mouth and did the only thing she could think of......
Angelus yelled loudly as Ravyn bit down hard on his tongue. He pulled back from her quickly and glared down at her. "You Bitch!" he yelled before Ravyn sat up and spit his own blood in his face.
"Don't ever touch me!" she screamed as she once again kicked at him.
Angelus brought his arm back, back-handing her hard as he did. Ravyn's head snapped to the side from the blow, her face stinging from the hit.
"I'll kill you if you ever do that again." he growled as he grabbed her face and turned it to him.
"Try that again, and you'll have to!" she yelled back at him. "I'm not yours and I never will be!"
Angelus got up off the bed, stomping around the room, cursing to himself. Ravyn watched him, hers eyes full of hatred. She didn't care `what' he said, her and Spike were mated...always! It was the closest thing she'd ever see to a marriage and she'd rather die than willingly be unfaithful to him. She would `never' belong to anyone but Spike.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
As the week drew to a long end, the gang had searched over half of the warehouses with no luck. On the sixth day they were surprised to see Spike's motorcycle parked in the warehouse district.
"Wonder how many of these he's checked?" Blake asked as he exited the SUV.
"Hard to tell." Rob said as he opened the back door and pulled the flashlights out. "As much as I want him to find her, I was kind of hopeing we'd find her first."
"Well, we won't if you two just stand there yapping." Dawn said as she reached for a flashlight. "Let's go."
The three tired men all rolled their eyes at the new bitchy Dawn and split up into their usual pairs. Searching the warehouses was a long and exhausting process. They had spent the past four nights looking in them and they still have nine more to check. There were always signs of someone having been there, but no signs of Ravyn or Angelus.
~*~*~*~
Spike walked out of the building he had just searched through and stalked across the street to the next one. He had received a call from the bartender saying that someone fitting Angel's description was seen walking through here. He had spent the past two nights looking in the warehouses and he wouldn't stop until he had searched them all.
Opening the door to the next warehouse in his search he walked in and stopped when he heard something. He listened, leaning his head to the side as he walked further into the building. The further inside the building he got, the further away the sound became.
Turning, he walked back over to the door and listened. There it was again. A small noise, barely even audible to him. He walked back outside to the street and listened. He turned his head and tried to judge which direction the noise was coming from. Turning his head back around he took a few steps to the right, walking a short distance before he'd stop again. It was a small `clanking' noise...like metal, he really couldn't distinguish it.
He quickened his steps as he heard the noise getting closer. He walked quickly down the street, stopping in front of the warehouse he could hear the noise coming from. Walking to the door, he cautiously opened it. He walked quietly inside and his nostrils flared as the scent of blood hit him.
He looked around, his demon eyes scanning the darkness of the room. He stepped forward as he saw a door off to the left. He approached it slowly......
Ravyn jerked on the handcuffs, and stopped the minute she felt him. She turned her head quickly to the door and almost cried as she felt him approaching. "SPIKE!"
Spike felt his whole body tingle when he heard her. He ran to the door, almost knocking it down as he grabbed it.
"Spike...I'm in here!" Ravyn screamed, tears springing to her eyes as she did.
Spike opened the door and growled loudly when he saw her. He was across the room in a flash, grabbing her and holding her tightly to him as he buried his face in her neck.
Ravyn cried as she held onto him. Her left arm was still handcuffed to the bed and bleeding from trying to free herself. She smiled through her tears as Spike kissed and licked her neck. He was softly growling `mine' over and over again as he held her in a bone crushing embrace.
Spike kissed up the side of her neck, crushing his mouth to hers once he reached her lips. He kissed her hungrily as he pulled her tightly to him. His fangs cut into her lips and tongue and he growled deep in his throat as her blood filled his mouth.
Ravyn pulled at him, trying to get closer to him as he kissed her with as much need as she also felt. She wrapped her leg around him, pulling at him with her free arm until they both toppled down onto the bed. Her arm was bent back behind her and she pushed Spike, rolling him over as they continued to attack the other's mouths.
She pulled away from him, kissing his face as tears of joy streamed down her cheeks. His hands were all over her as he nuzzled his face into the crook of her neck. Ravyn could still hear him saying `mine' and she slowly lifted her head to look at him. She pulled his head back and saw that he was vamped out. She could tell by the look in his eyes that he was running on `all' demon.
Ravyn raised her hand, slowly running her fingers across his brow as she lightly kissed his face. "Yours" she repeated softly over and over again after each small kiss as she tried to calm him.
His growls calmed to only soft rumbles and his un-necessary breathing started to even out as well. Ravyn smiled as she felt his facial structure change under her hand and knew he was finally coming around.
Lifting her head she looked down into clear blue eyes. "Hey you." she said softly as she smiled at him.
Spike looked up at her and reached up, pushing her hair away so he could see her. "I've missed you." he said quietly as he stared up at her.
"I can tell." she said, her smile getting bigger. "I've missed you too." she told him, leaning down and lightly grazing his lips with hers. "I knew you'd come." she whispered against his lips.
"I'll always come for you." Spike told her as he extended his tongue, licking her lips. "I love you."
"I love you." Ravyn said, moaning softly as his tongue once again entered her mouth.
Spike had his hands on both sides of her head, holding her hair back as he kissed her. The feel of her on top of him again and the smell of her blood had him wanting her more than he ever had before. He stopped and pulled away from her when he realized...he was smelling her blood. "Are you hurt?" he asked as he looked up at her.
Ravyn was disappointed as she lost contact with him as he raised them both up. "Just my arm." she said as she sat up. "My psychopathic kidnapper handcuffed me to the bed."
Spike looked down at her out-stretched arm and saw the handcuffs. He bit back his anger and reached over, grabbing her wrist and looking at it. "How long you been chained up?" he asked, as he looked at her bruised and bloody wrist.
"Since I got here." she answered him as he stood up from the bed. "This is actually better than the floor though."
Spike looked over at her then looked around the room. He saw the chains attached to the wall and closed his eyes, clenching his jaw as his rage at Angelus came flooding back. Turning he grabbed the handcuffs just below Ravyn's wrist and placed his foot on the metal headboard and pulled. All that stored up energy worked to his advantage. The cuffs broke with little effort.
"Jeez, why didn't I try that?" Ravyn said jokinglythe the cuffs broke.
Spike sat back down on the bed with her, holding her wrist in his hand. "We'll, have to cut this off." he said as he looked at the cuff still on her wrist.
"I don't know....might be a new fashion statement." she said smiling at him.
Spike smiled at her. After all of this, she was still trying to make jokes. His smile faded as he took in her appearance. Her eyes were weak looking and she was dirty. Her hair was everywhere and she was still in her underwear. "Did he hurt you?" he asked as he looked at her.
"No" Ravyn answered him truthfully.
Spike raised his hand and laid it on her cheek, lightly running his thumb over it. "Did he touch you?" he asked her softly, knowing he'd kill him slower if he did.
Ravyn chuckled softly as she looked at him. "No....arrogant bastard wanted me to beg him for it."
Spike smiled at her. "That's Angelus for ya. Egotistical ass to the very end."
Ravyn leaned her head into his hand and smiled as she looked at him. "Can we go home?" she asked him, ready to show him just how much she had missed him.
"Yeah....let's go." he said as he leaned over, giving her another small kiss. He stood and took his duster off as she also stood. "Here" he said wrapping it around her. "Can't let LA see my girl naked, now can we." he asked as Ravyn slipped her arms inside and pulled the duster up around her.
She smiled as she inhaled deeply. It smelled just like him. "No, we can't have that." she said as Spike reached down and buttoned a few of the buttons for her.
"There...all set." Spike said as he put his arm around her and they turned to the door.
"Now, now William, you're not trying to bust up my little party....are you?" Angelus asked as he leaned casually up against the doorframe, staring at them. "I barely even tasted her." he added with a smile as he licked his lips. "Isn't that right baby?"
