you are an incredible writer. but i just read all of these backwards, starting with Damned if I don't, Damned if I do, and I have to say that i HATED you so many times during this story. its been such an emotional rollercoaster for me, but its been so refreshing, also. you have a serious talent and i'm so glad to have had the opportunity to enjoy your work.

Probably should have read this before Damned! :) Just wanted to echo the other feedback here - this was hot as hell. Glad you went through with the sequel.

Y'know, I have to agree with others who've reviewed here. There really does appear to be potential for a sequel. It's not that Buffy and Faith must of course always wind up together in some rainbows-and-kittens loveshack (though, who're we kidding, they should). It's more the last line, "she went and drove herself crazy, but not in the good way...or probably not". That's just a last line that isn't a last line. You've stopped the story rather than ending it. Makes me feel like there should be a little "Next Chapter" thingy to click.

In other news, the sex in the club was absolutely scorching. I love your setup for it, using the Angel story and the framing device of the three big mistakes that Buffy made. I love that it's the best sex Faith never had. Why can't I write sex like that? I guess that's my eternal question, to ask of everyone and sundry. Damn. Well, definitely hoping you write more, not only of this story--if, indeed, as we all suspect, there is more--and, of course, of all your other stories which are also begging to be updated.

Bah. Faith should never have lowered herself to that level. Faith deserves a lot better than being Buffy's dirty little secret. That's Spike whipped-ass and way beyond pathetic role. You do relize that you just turned Faith into a Spuffy fan's version of Spike right? Here's hoping Faith leaves Buffy in the dust next time.

AWESOME story! One of the hottest sex scenes I've ever read. I loved it, please keep up this story it rocks :)
