In Chapter 7 there is no reference to what happens to Dawn's legal status with Joyce now being enslaved. Is she now a slave and or property because of the acquisition of Joyce?Are children now property in this new world? This is important for when the older two have to go on the run as to dealing with the phenomena of suspension of disbelief when talking about Dawn's status. Also, Buffy not sleeping with her as well and letting others do so so freely doesn't seem to square with her character very well. It would actually have been hotter for her first time to have been with Dawn in the first place.....
